These terms govern your use of strikegex.com and the StrikeGEX service. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
StrikeGEX is a market-data analytics tool. It displays options positioning data (such as gamma exposure), derived levels, and related commentary. StrikeGEX is not an investment adviser, broker, or fiduciary, and nothing on the service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Levels, verdicts, and any model output are informational and educational only. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.
Past behavior of any level, signal, or model — including publicly graded history — does not predict future results. We make no promise, express or implied, that using StrikeGEX will be profitable or will avoid losses.
Market data comes from third-party vendors and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. The service may be interrupted, and displayed values may differ from live market conditions. Do not treat any number on the service as an execution-quality quote.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Accounts are for one person; sharing login credentials, reselling access, or programmatically scraping the service is prohibited and grounds for termination without refund.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe or Whop under the price and term shown at checkout. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the period already paid. Refunds, where offered, are handled per the checkout provider's terms.
The service, its design, code, branding, and content are owned by StrikeGEX or its licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the service; it transfers no ownership.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrikeGEX and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including trading losses — arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, liability limits, intellectual property) survive.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
